Hello Everybody,

welcome on my temporary website for The Mission, The Alarm and other bands stuff.
Unfortunately almost everything is in German, as I don´t have the time to translate it. You can try to use Babelefish or any other translation website, but it really doesn`t work very well! You will get a lot of nonsense I`m afraid :-) But maybe you`ll find some interesting stuff anyway, at least all interviews and several reviews are in English. I will add a list soon...

The story so far:

It all started in the year 2000 with my idea to set up a German Website for The Mission.
With as much as zero knowledge about the internet & how to create a website but with a lot of drive I started to gather as much information as possible about the band I`ve been listening to since 1986. It took many months & countless sleepless nights until AND THE DANCE GOES ON finally went online on 26.08.2001.

Everything went smoothly until suddenly in July 2004 my computer waved good-bye and catapulted all my precious data into the *Nirvana*. I was really tempted to pack it all in completely, but instead of giving up I got my act back together and started a brand new website:

The 1st version of restlesspetra

That new "platform" gave me the opportunity to report about different sorts of music & a vast range of bands. That opportunity was lacking in my previous websites which were initially only set up for The Mission and The Alarm. Nevertheless i will continue ATDGO and I`m currently working on a "general overhauled" version which will go online fairly soon... Until then you will find The Mission news on this website.

As soon as ATDGO is up-and -running again all sorts of Mission material will be transferred back to where they belong - > into The Mission website ATDGO.

One more important thing: this site is being run entirely out of my personal interest!
It is my hobby - no business ties attached. Thankfully the one or the other band member is supporting me by supplying information, arranging interviews etc. but it is not associated to the offical website(s) from The Mission, The Alarm or any other band mentioned.
All logos, pictures etc are being used with their permission. I would appreciate your kind understanding and treat all my pics, interviews, texts etc with the same respect. Thanks a lot.
